Ezzedine Kalak
Exhibition of Ezzedine Kalak's collection of political posters, produced by graphic artists across the world on the occasion - among others - of competitions organized by the PLO.
© Affiche provenant du livre l'Affiche palestinienne, collection d'Ezzedine Kalak, 1979 Ezzedine Kalak was the PLO’s representative in France. He was assassinated in 1978. Fascinated by the inspirational force of the Palestinian political posters, of which he had collected hundreds, Ezzedine Kalak was intending to write a book and devote a museum to this art of concision and graphic power. It is his personal collection that the Mundaneum enables us to discover today. |
